Templates

Create, Edit or Use a Quote or Quote Request template.

Do you find yourself sending the same contents of your Quotes or Quote Requests? Maybe its a selection of line items, or terms and conditions? Maybe its some important information that is included in Quote Request briefs. We have built the possibility to create templates of your Quotes and Quote Requests, which can be used to send to your customers or suppliers, making your processes lightning fast.

Create Templates

Quote Templates

In order to create a Quote Template, create a new Quote as normal. Once you have added all the components you would like to save, scroll to the bottom of the Create Quote screen and click 'save as new template'.

A pop up will appear, asking you to give your template a name. Give the template a name and click the 'Save template' button.

Quote Request Templates

In order to create a Quote Request Template, create a new Quote Request as normal. Once you have added all the components you would like to save, Click the 'Templates' button above the brief area. This will display a menu. From the menu, click 'save as new template'.

A pop up will appear, asking you to give your template a name. Give the template a name and click the 'Save template' button.

Edit Templates

Sometimes, things change, and templates need to be edited.


To edit a template, navigate to Projuno Settings. From within the Settings page, click 'Templates' from the sidebar. You can also jump directly to the Templates page by clicking the user icon in the top right corner of the screen, and selecting Templates from the dropdown menu.

Once you're on the Templates page, you will be displayed with a list of select the template you would like to edit. It will also show what kind of template it is (Quote or Quote Request).

Click 'Edit' next to the template you wish to edit.

Make your changes, and click 'Save template'


Use Templates

When you want to use a template, that you have saved to your account. It couldn't be easier.

Create a new Quote or Quote Request.

Click the 'Templates' button.

Select the template you wish to use from the menu.

The template will now be populated into the Quote or Quote Request. Fill out the rest of the required details, and you're ready to send!
