Sometimes, when Requesting Quotes from suppliers, it is important to attach files together with the brief, so the supplier is able to accurately provide their quote.
Attaching files has been made easier than ever.
When preparing a new Quote Request, once you have set your supplier(s) details, click the 'Attach a file' button, to attach file(s) to the Quote Request.
This will open a new window, where you are able to select the files to be added to the Quote Request. Drag the file(s) into the window, or select the files from your computer, then select 'Upload'.
When the files have been uploaded, they will be displayed within the brief area of the Quote Request.
When the supplier(s) receive the Quote Request, the files are displayed within the request, for them to view or download.
