Sometimes, when sending Quotes to customers/clients , it is important to attach files together with the quote.
Attaching files has been made easier than ever.
When preparing a new Quote, once you have set the Quote details, select the 'Attach files to your quote' checkbox, to attach file(s) to the Quote.
This will open a new window, where you are able to select the files to be added to the Quote Request. Drag the file(s) into the window, or select the files from your computer, then select 'Upload'.
When the files have been uploaded, they will be displayed below the 'Attach files to your quote' checkbox'
When the customer/client receives the Quote, the files are displayed within the Quote, for them to view or download.
