To begin the onboarding process, navigate to https://projuno.com/account-onboarding.
As we automatically onboard you onto Stripe, to accept payments from your customers via Cards, Stripe require to verify the business’s directors and all business information. Ensure that all the details are provided and correct, to ensure that Stripe are able to verify them, and activate your account.
Start by providing your email address, choose a password, provide your mobile number, and select if your business structure is operating as a sole trader or proprietary company.
If you selected your business operates as a sole trader, provide the company name, address, company phone, website and ABN.
Then provide your first name, last name, date of birth, address, email and phone.
Your will then need to provide your bank details. Account name, BSB and account number.
If you selected your business operates as a proprietary company, provide the company name, address, company phone, website and ABN.
Then provide your first name, last name, date of birth, address, email, phone and your relationship to the company from the dropdown menu.
Your will then need to provide your bank details. Account name, BSB and account number.
The system will then ask you to provide details about the people in your business. Directors (and their ownership percentage), Owners, and Executives. Each will require a copy of their ID to be uploaded.
You will then be asked to provide the details and upload an image of a form of ID to verify your identity. We accept either Australian drivers licenses or Australian passports.
You will then be shown a review of all the details you have submitted, to ensure you have not made any errors.
Once you’re happy with all of the data you have provided, click the ‘Submit’ button to be taken to your Projuno account.
